There, organizations have the opportunity to set up booths or walk the event, meet- ing with hundreds if not thousands of vendors, hoping to secure things such as field chemicals, baseballs, scorebooks, sunglasses or other sponsorships through a presentation and a handshake. Face-to- face interaction remains the best way to gain the trust and support of organiza- tions you are looking to for sponsorships.
