Here is a snapshot of facili- ties and off-site activities you'll experience at the conference. Championship Facilities S.P.O.R.T.S. The Relationship Con- ference's host hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton, is in the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids. The hotel is part of the U.S. Cellular Center complex, along with a 6,000-seat arena and 80,000 square feet of meeting space. The complex is within walking distance of numerous downtown restaurants, entertain- ment options and cultural attractions. We'll get you in the rink at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena, a flexible space that has hosted a unique mix of events includ- ing NCAA DIII Wrestling, the National Horseshoe Pitchers Association World Tournament, USA Curling Arena National Championships and National Collegiate Roller Hockey Championships. Home of Cedar Rapids Roughriders, USHL Junior Hockey Franchise, the multipurpose facility has both an Olympic size rink and a NHL size rink under one roof. Play ball at Veterans Memorial Stadi- um, home of the Cedar Rapids Kernels, Class A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.
