Eight sport competitions were contested in events, including archery (23), field (152), paratriathlon (14), pow- erlifting (10), shooting (7), swimming (71), table tennis (8) and track (158). Five sports featured broken records for athlete performances, including archery (2), field (88), swim- ming (92), track (37) and pow- erlifting (2). Educational clinics were also held in field, goalball, power- lifting, shooting and swimming, allowing athletes and coaches the opportunity to advance their skills. Turnstone, Visit Fort Wayne and the City of Fort Wayne hosted the event. The Adaptive Sports USA 2019 Junior Nationals will be held in Minnesota next July. Topps Company and Major League Baseball Extend Exclusive Trading Card Agreement NEW YORK — Major League Baseball (MLB) and The Topps Company announced that the two organizations have extended the exclusive global partnership for MLB-licensed trading cards through 2025. Topps and MLB have partnered since 1952 to create trading cards that have become part of the baseball culture, with collectibles such as the 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle, the 1955 Topps Roberto Clemente, and the 2011 Topps Mike Trout and the 2018 Topps Aaron Judge rookie cards. With the exclusive global license, Topps energized the trading cards with TOPPS NOW, the first on-demand trading card that captures the best baseball moments on a nightly basis. The cards are only available for 24 hours exclu- sively on Topps.com. Wichita Selected to Host 2022 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship Regional Rounds WICHITA, Kan. — Wichita has been selected to host the 2022 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Women's Basketball Championship Regional rounds. The games are sched- uled for March 25 – 28, 2022. Wichita State University (WSU) will host the event at INTRUST Bank Arena, in partnership with Visit Wichita, Sedwick County and the City of Wichita. ► t SPORTS Talk
