Champion Fields at Old Settlers Park offers 20 baseball fields and five softball fields. The Round Rock Multipurpose Complex includes four natural-grass multipurpose fields, one natural-grass championship field, four synthetic-turf multipurpose fields and one synthetic-turf championship field. Contact: Round Rock CVB, www.sportscapitaloftexas.com See Ad On Pages 2-3 ► THE SPORTS PERFORMANCE CENTER AT TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY IN LUBBOCK A $48 million multi-purpose Sports Performance Center at Texas Tech University is one of the first multi-sport venues in the country that allows athletes to train, condition and compete indoors. With a 200-meter banked track, an 80-yard football field plus end zones, athletic training facilities and a strength and conditioning center. The facility is booked for 2019, 2021 and 2023 for the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships. The Sports Performance Center is one of three indoor track facilities in Texas and includes two high jump pits, two horizontal jump sand pits, two throw rings, a pole vault pit, a practice football field, a 1,600-gallon cold-plunge rehab tub, a nutrition center and a 17x30-foot video board. n Texas Tech University
