Ford Park offers maximum flexibility— from a small umpire meeting to a crush- ing Monster Truck event! The 8,500-seat, multi-purpose Ford
Arena's tenants have included a basket- ball team, indoor football and hockey. The arena hosts many other sporting events as well, such as Professional Bull Riding, the YMBL Championship Rodeo, the CHRISTUS Classic Pro/Celebrity Tennis, the WWE,
competitions as well as Kennel Club dog shows, outdoor expos, banquets and receptions. Ford Midway is home
Motocross and Monster Trucks, the Tae Kwon Do Nationals, Mixed Martial Arts and the United Cheer nationals. Ford Exhibit Hall has 48,000 square feet of exhibit space and is attached to the arena, offering a combined 83,000 square feet of contiguous space. The exhibit hall includes eight individual meeting rooms and 11,000 square feet of lobby/pre-func- tion space. The exhibit hall has hosted numerous sporting competitions such as boxing, United Cheer and Tae Kwon Do
to the YMBL-sponsored South Texas State Fair. Structures in the midway include a 45,000-square- foot practice arena, more than 25,000 square feet of covered barn space and a dedicated parking area. With nine acres of paved midway, there is plenty of room for a variety of outdoor events. Ford Midway has hosted horse shows, dog trial competitions, festivals, fairs, trail rides, car shows, motorcycle rallies, RV rallies and rodeos. Ford Fields, composed of 12 champi- onship-caliber fast pitch softball/youth baseball fields, hosts more than 38 tourna- ments a year, with an average of 1,500 teams from around the country—including IFA National softball tournaments. Each field has hard-covered stands and all- weather infields. The Fields complex has one centralized gate, concessions, rest- rooms and 1,000 on-site parking spaces. The 14,000-seat Ford Pavilion has first-class amenities including state-of-
the-art lighting and sound; an artist compound complete with dressing rooms, production offices, dining area and full-service kitchen; restroom facili- ties; food and beverage plazas; ample parking; and lots of space to enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars. This theater-styled venue can host opening/closing sporting ceremonies and cheerleading, dance or martial arts competitions as well as concerts.
